that it may be insensitive, and that I'll probably invoke replies that my comment is distasteful , but I feel compelled to share my first impression of this image; The scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz. It must be the extra material below the chin that makes me think of the burlap sack that serves as the scarecrow's head, which is tied at the neck.
Say it with me: "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all".
