High forehead
I guess you have not seen many high foreheaded people. :) My family has lots of them, mostly male. His forehead looks normal to me and he definitly looks dead.

Probably the way the camera has caught the picture
It could be the way the mask has been photographed, looking downwards, the whole face looks like it is drooping and the head is elongated. With proper hair and eyebrows it probably would look totally different. Still I have to agree,not one of the best!!
